Paula Goodstein brings over 17 years of experience as an Aging Life Care Professional, helping families navigate aging, care planning, and Medicaid with clarity and compassion.
While serving as a Senior Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase, Paula was also an only child managing complex medical and care decisions for both of her aging parents. Experiencing firsthand how overwhelming it can be to balance healthcare needs, financial decisions, and advocacy responsibilities shaped the direction of her career.
Today, Paula combines her deep financial background with extensive expertise in Medicaid planning to create patient-focused solutions that allow loved ones to age in place whenever possible. She understands the emotional, logistical, and financial pressures families face — because she has lived them.
Paula is deeply committed to ensuring that aging in place does not come at the expense of a family’s stability or peace of mind, and she has dedicated her career to guiding families through this process with confidence and care.

Jessica Masef serves as Director of Partnerships at Senior Advisor Solutions, where she builds trusted relationships with families, elder care professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure seamless support for aging clients.
With a background in healthcare, education, and advocacy, Jessica brings a collaborative, systems-based approach to her work. She has extensive experience guiding families through complex processes, coordinating services, and helping people feel informed and empowered during high-stress decision-making.
As both a professional advocate and a parent, Jessica understands the importance of empathy, clear communication, and responsive support. She is deeply committed to helping families access the right resources at the right time and to strengthening partnerships that improve outcomes for older adults and their caregivers.
